We are a family run business & we are all highly trained commercial photographers. We do not franchise or work with other companies, so you will not see us on the high street or in Shopping Centres & Retail parks.

It is our aim to make sure you have a fabulous experience whilst at Genesia. We don’t know how to take ‘normal’ photos, we capture you at your best in a fun, creative and relaxed way.

Being available 7 days a week, 364 days a year, your experience can easily be booked at your convenience.

For Weddings & Events we cover the whole of the UK.

Upon arrival at the studio you will be offered refreshments whilst we talk you through what to expect during your visit. If you have brought someone with you who is not part of the shoot experience they are welcome to come into the studio with you or wait in the reception if they prefer.

Because your visit has been tailored to your needs there are no waiting times so we can get right on with your Photoshoot or Makeover. It is important to get the images you really want, so there is no rush to get the shoot done, so don't worry if the young ones take a while to settle. We shoot at a pace that suits you.

Once the photoshoot is complete we go into the viewing area where again your can have refreshments and relax whilst you browse though the images at your leisure. We do not employ any sales tactics. You are left to chose whichever images you desire. We are happy to assist in your selections if you need a critical eye or help but only do so upon your request.

Only once your a 100% happy with your selections do we complete your order.

*All of the images you choose to purchase are professionally retouched. Unlike other studios we do not charge for this service, nor do we farm out your images to a retouching company. All retouching is done by hand at Genesia to the highest possible standards.

*Excludes images from mini makeover parties. In this case images are edited (backgrounds cleaned up, some brightening, sharpening) but are not "retouched" ie Skin, blemishes, spots removed etc). We like to keep images from these shoots "real" and try and keep things natural. If though you decide you would like some or all images fully retouching, there is a charge of £10 for each image you require retouching.

Your prints are prepared at a Professional Print lab to ensure that Ultimate quality and longevity are guarenteed! We offer a selection of Glossy or Lustre finishes and sizes as well as Canvas and poster sized prints. The quality of our prints is guarenteed 2nd to none.

Because we retouch images in house & have a trusted supplier of prints turnaround is usually 7 - 10 working days. We offer a free delivery service or you can collect your order from the studio at your convenience.
